Role: Service Transition Manager

Responsibilities:

  1. Senior role, leading the final phase of service transition.
  2. Knowledge / experience of service monitoring, service catalogue, and service provisioning.
  3. ITIL qualified an advantage but knowledge essential.
  4. Strong stakeholder management and communication.
  5. Resilient.
  6. Experience and / or knowledge of ServiceNow an advantage.
  7. Ability to lead a small team but a much broader matrix of internal functions.

Rate: Inside

Location: Likely to be 3 days a week onsite in London or Southampton

Duration: 6 months

Eligibility: Must be eligible for SC clearance
