Role: Service Transition Manager
Responsibilities:
- Senior role, leading the final phase of service transition.
- Knowledge / experience of service monitoring, service catalogue, and service provisioning.
- ITIL qualified an advantage but knowledge essential.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication.
- Resilient.
- Experience and / or knowledge of ServiceNow an advantage.
- Ability to lead a small team but a much broader matrix of internal functions.
