Our Client is looking to recruit a Project Manager with extensive hands-on expertise in moving a company from one building to another.

Responsibilities

  • Project plan, conduct feasibility of the data centre move and then put the plan into action.
  • Manage the full life cycle from start to finish as a Project Manager.
  • Project planning and delivering the hardware and software moves to stakeholders and with senior management.
  • Communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Work as part of a small team.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience moving data centre and infrastructure carefully and efficiently.
  • Extensive hands-on Project Management expertise with experience through the full life cycle.
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Windows including: Active Directory and SCCM server management; Windows Server.
  • Disaster Recovery planning and capability.
  • Swift Messaging.
  • EMC SAN experience.
  • Experience communicating with stakeholders and senior management.
  • Any experience from the banking world would be handy.

Location and Terms

The role will be based in the City of London and the new offices will be in Mayfair. The salary for this position will be in the range £70K - £85K for 12 month FTC – full-time contract.
