We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join a large-scale transformation programme within a financial and digital services environment. This role goes beyond traditional ERP or SAP architecture and focuses on designing scalable, enterprise-wide solutions across financial systems, digital platforms, payment ecosystems, and service integrations.
The ideal consultant will have strong experience working across complex enterprise landscapes, integrating multiple services, platforms, and customer-facing applications within fast-paced transformation programmes.
Key Responsibilities- Define end-to-end solution architecture across financial, digital, and enterprise platforms
- Design integrations between services, APIs, payment platforms, ERP systems, and customer applications
- Collaborate with business, product, engineering, and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable solutions
- Support architecture governance, technical roadmaps, and solution standards
- Work across cloud, middleware, microservices, and enterprise integration layers
- Ensure solutions align with security, compliance, and operational requirements
- Participate in architecture reviews, stakeholder workshops, and delivery planning
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect within enterprise or financial services environments
- Strong background across integrations, digital platforms, APIs, and distributed systems
- Experience working with payment services, transaction systems, chip & pin/POS ecosystems, or retail financial platforms is highly desirable
- Broad knowledge across ERP ecosystems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.) without being limited to a single technology
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies and modern integration patterns
- Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience within large transformation or modernization programmes
- Experience within retail, banking, payments, or omnichannel environments
- Exposure to enterprise architecture frameworks
- Knowledge of event-driven architecture and microservices
