- Relevant certification in data architecture or related domains.
- Proven experience as a Data Architect, Data Engineer, or a related role with a strong emphasis on data architecture design and implementation using modern data engineering tools and technologies.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based data platforms and services (e.g., Azure, AWS), including familiarity with cloud-based data storage and big data technologies.
- Experience working in the public sector.
- In-depth knowledge of modern data practices, platforms, services, and the interface with cloud technologies, as well as data modelling techniques.
- Strong knowledge of data security, data privacy and regulatory compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and their implications for data architecture.
- Good understanding of the working practices of a Police Force.
