Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of QA Engineers.
- Communicate and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Analyse, review and recommend changes to existing automation frameworks.
- Recommend new frameworks and tools and discuss these with senior technical stakeholders.
- Speak about experiences with senior stakeholders and driving technical excellence across QA Engineering teams.
Qualifications:
- Java: Required.
- Playwright: Not required but very beneficial.
- SQL skills: Required.
- Understanding of both back-end and front-end automation frameworks, with the ability to explain rationale for technical choices.
- Experience dealing with senior stakeholders and driving technical excellence.
- Current or previous high-level security clearance (applicants will need to obtain clearance prior to appointment, which may take a minimum of 10 weeks).
