Responsibilities
- Produce accurate financial reports, dashboards, and management information.
- Ensure accurate, timely, and complete customer billing submissions.
- Maintain full financial traceability from Agile delivery through to invoicing.
- Support revenue management, billing plans, invoice submissions, and customer charging activities.
- Validate timesheet submissions to support accurate financial reporting.
- Support procurement invoicing and monthly customer billing reports.
- Monitor financial performance, identify discrepancies, and support issue resolution.
- Support month‑end, year‑end, forecasting, and business planning activities.
- Maintain audit evidence and support internal and external financial audits.
- Drive continuous improvement of financial reporting processes and controls.
Skills and Experience
- Experience producing financial reports, dashboards, and management information.
- Strong billing, invoicing, revenue tracking, and financial governance experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with strong financial analysis capability.
- Experience supporting financial forecasting and business planning activities.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience managing financial risks, issues, and reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- High attention to detail with strong documentation and governance capability.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively within fast‑paced programme environments.
