PMO - Exit Support Specialist
Must have an Active DV Clearance.
In this role you will work closely with Programme Managers, PMO teams, commercial teams, and operational stakeholders to deliver effective transition, knowledge transfer, and contract closure activities. This position is ideal for an experienced PMO professional with strong coordination, governance, and stakeholder management skills who thrives in fast‑paced programme environments.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of programme and contract exit activities.
- Maintain and track exit plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, actions, and decisions.
- Coordinate knowledge transfer, documentation handover, asset tracking, and service transition activities.
- Monitor progress against exit schedules and provide reporting to programme leadership.
- Support governance forums and ensure compliance with contractual and organisational requirements.
- Coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding activities associated with programme transition.
- Track financial, commercial, and contractual obligations throughout programme exit.
- Support audit, assurance, and evidence gathering activities.
- Contribute to continual improvement of PMO governance and transition processes.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience within a PMO, Programme Support, or Project Coordination role.
- Strong planning, scheduling, and progress tracking capability.
- Experience with PMO governance, reporting, and programme controls.
- Strong RAID, dependency, and action management experience.
- Experience coordinating knowledge transfer and documentation activities.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within fast‑paced delivery environments.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and PMO toolset experience.
- Proactive, adaptable, resilient, and customer‑focused with excellent attention to detail.
Clearance
