Responsibilities
- Lead coordination between customers, internal teams, and incoming suppliers.
- Design and deliver end‑to‑end exit and transition plans aligned to contractual obligations.
- Ensure all exit and close‑down activities are completed successfully.
- Engage with senior customer and internal stakeholders throughout the transition process.
- Manage knowledge transfer, documentation, and asset handover activities.
- Mitigate risks relating to service continuity, data integrity, and commercial exposure.
- Interpret and implement exit clauses within contracts, MSAs, and SOWs.
- Provide governance, reporting, and oversight across all exit activities.
- Support dispute avoidance and resolution where required.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in exit management, service transition, or complex programme delivery.
- Background within consulting, systems integration, or managed services environments.
- Strong understanding of commercial contracts and delivery frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience managing multiple priorities within enterprise‑scale environments.
- Exposure to cloud, data, or Microsoft technology ecosystems.
- Strong planning, leadership, and communication capability.
