We are looking for a Network Developer to join a team of network specialists working on deliveries within a large programme.

Responsibilities and Skills:

  • Design and development of technical solutions to meet changing customer requirements.
  • Good working knowledge of WAN routing and LAN switching technologies, including MPLS and BGP.
  • Understanding of encryption overlays such as IPSec, GRE and hardware encryption.
  • Demonstrable network device configuration skills, network troubleshooting skills and approach to defect resolution.
  • Producing and maintaining technical documentation (LLD, Build Guides, Work Instructions).
  • Liaising with third party vendors to resolve technical issues with their products.
  • Supporting ITHC assessments and addressing reported security vulnerabilities.
  • Providing 3rd and 4th line support to Live Service.
  • Experience of working in a highly secure environment.

Contract Details:

  • Six-month initial contract.
  • Fully on-site in Basingstoke.
  • Rate 550pd, inside IR35.
  • DV Clearance Required.
  • Successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment, which can take a minimum of 18 weeks.
