Responsibilities

  • Respond to escalations from 2nd Line support teams.
  • Maintain and support PKI solutions across secure environments.
  • Support backup and storage platforms and provide updates to leadership.
  • Monitor systems using event management tooling and resolve incidents.
  • Carry out change activities in line with defined processes.
  • Support release readiness for new services entering live environments.
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation and schedules.
  • Travel to sites to support PKI activities when required.

Skills and Experience

  • Strong experience with enterprise storage platforms such as Dell Avamar and Data Domain.
  • Solid understanding of PKI technologies including Microsoft and Thales solutions.
  • Experience supporting cloud-based storage environments.
  • Knowledge of VMware cloud technologies.
  • Experience working with ITSM processes and tooling.
  • Server administration experience across Windows Server environments.
  • Exposure to event monitoring tools such as SCOM.
  • Experience using VMware vCenter.

Additional Information
