Provide planning and scheduling expertise to support effective delivery of the programme. Accountable for maintaining integrated, accurate, and assurance‑ready plans; deliver clear visibility of progress, dependencies, milestones, and risks to enable informed decision‑making.
- Develop, maintain and ensure the integrity of integrated project schedules in line with agreed standards and governance.
- Establish and manage baseline plans, including scope, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
- Align master programme plans with individual project schedules.
- Track progress against plan, identify variance, slippage and emerging risks; produce schedule performance metrics and planning inputs for reporting.
- Prepare planning views for performance packs, dashboards and assurance activities.
- Apply and promote best practice, ensuring compliance with PMO standards and audit expectations.
- Support planning assurance activities, including schedule health checks and internal reviews.
- Act as a trusted partner to Project and Programme Managers, providing planning expertise and constructive challenge.
- Support recovery planning activities as required.
- Proven experience in a PMO planning or scheduling role within complex project or programme environments.
- Strong understanding of programme and project lifecycle planning.
- Experience maintaining integrated schedules across multiple workstreams or projects.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and governance.
- Ability to communicate planning information clearly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency with planning and scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word; SharePoint and programme document repositories.

- 10+ years of experience in solution architecture with expertise in HRIS, ERP, CRM and shared services.
