Location: Glasgow Office

Days: Standard 2 days per week

Summary: We need backfill support for our team on Salesforce FCCM Correction Banking. Main focus on Case Management, Workflow, Requirements understanding and support, and engagement for test team.

Purpose of the role: To support the organization by identifying business requirements and solutions that address problems and opportunities.

Accountabilities:

  • Identification and analysis of business problems and client requirements that require change within the organization.
  • Development of business requirements to address business problems and opportunities.
  • Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure proposed solutions meet their needs and expectations.
  • Support the creation of business cases that justify investment in proposed solutions.
  • Conduct feasibility studies to determine viability of proposed solutions.
  • Support creation of reports on project progress to ensure solutions delivered on time and within budget.
  • Create operational and process designs to ensure solution delivery within scope.
  • Support to change management activities, including development of a traceability matrix to ensure successful implementation and embedding.
