Are you an Electrical Engineer with industrial experience who's ready for a career change? This employee‑owned training provider has a long track record of delivering specialist courses to engineers across the UK and overseas. With strong growth and demand from some of the UK's largest companies, they are now looking for an Electrical Engineer to move into a rewarding training role.

In this position, you'll deliver short practical courses to small groups of engineers – ranging from one‑day to ten‑day programmes. You'll also be involved in developing new course material, creating training rigs, and contributing to the ongoing improvement of training delivery.

The ideal candidate will have solid electrical engineering knowledge from working in industrial settings. Previous training experience is not required; this role is ideal for someone who wants to make a career change and take on a new challenge.

The Role
  • Deliver training to adult learners
  • Teach short courses to small groups of engineers
  • Occasional travel involved – stayaway once every 4 weeks (company van/mileage allowance provided)
The Person
  • Strong background in Electrical Engineering within industry (manufacturing, plant, utilities, heavy industry, etc.)
  • Relevant vocational qualifications
  • No previous teaching experience required
  • Full UK driving licence
