Responsibilities:
- Define and agree project requirements and objectives with governance stakeholders.
- Lead end-to-end project delivery through to acceptance, closure, and service handover.
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across all project phases.
- Track and report progress through KPIs, highlight reports, and governance forums.
- Ensure compliance with project management frameworks and standards.
- Coordinate delivery across internal teams and customer stakeholders.
- Manage financial performance including costs, forecasts, and milestones.
- Support invoicing and ensure milestone sign off from customers.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong experience delivering projects within Defence or secure environments.
- Proven delivery of transition and transformation programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management across complex environments.
- Experience managing financials including P and L visibility and cost tracking.
- Ability to manage risk, governance, and reporting at programme level.
- Strong leadership and coordination across multi-disciplinary teams.
