Responsible for leading and delivering Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) implementations for our clients, ensuring successful adoption and measurable business value. You will work closely with client stakeholders, product subject matter experts (SMEs), and the DAP Vendor to drive project success. Expertise in various project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, and a strong understanding of digital adoption best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive DAP (WalkMe) implementation strategies, outlining key milestones, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Define clear solution scope and identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of DAP (WalkMe) implementations.
- Define and execute comprehensive DAP strategies, including content creation, user onboarding, and ongoing support.
- Manage cross-functional teams of developers, business analysts, and UX/UI designers to deliver high-quality DAP solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring ongoing communication.
- Act as a liaison between DAP vendor, client stakeholders, and product SMEs, facilitating effective collaboration.
- Lead solution discovery workshops to identify client pain points, understand business processes, and gather detailed requirements.
- Review existing process documentation and conduct discovery sessions with process SMEs to gain a deep understanding of user workflows.
- Translate business requirements into detailed DAP solution designs, outlining specific deliverables.
Certifications/Trainings: Must have, either one or more of: WalkMe DAP Advisor, DAP Analytics I & II, DAP Builder I & II, DAP Consultant, DAP Delivery Consultant, DAP Delivery Engineer, DAP Program Manager I, Whatfix certifications.
