As a Business Analyst within our Energy practice, you will sit at the heart of large-scale integration and modernisation programmes, helping a major energy client translate strategic objectives into clear, deliverable outcomes.

Working across ERP, Operations and HSE systems, and Digital & Analytics initiatives, you will ensure solutions are rooted in real business processes and can be safely adopted in production‑critical and safety‑regulated environments.

This role is based in Aberdeen, working in a hybrid model with regular on-site presence (typically weekly and as required for business workshops).
