Are you an experienced ISR Analyst looking to work at the forefront of satellite and UAV intelligence for land and maritime surveillance programmes? This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing UK-based ISR operations team, delivering daily intelligence outputs using advanced Earth Observation and UAV-derived data. You will play a key role in producing actionable intelligence across land and maritime domains using optical, thermal, radar and RF sensor data.
Working closely with operations, product and commercial teams, you will also act as an ISR Subject Matter Expert, contributing to product roadmap development, supporting sales campaigns and advising on user interface usability for ISR operations. The role offers long‑term stability, strong benefits, international travel and the chance to work on technically challenging programmes in demanding operational environments.
The Role- Produce daily ISR intelligence reports for land and maritime surveillance operations
- Analyse SAR, optical, thermal and RF datasets from satellite and UAV platforms
- Identify and integrate intelligence sources including OSINT, HUMINT and SIGINT
- Support product development and sales activity as an ISR SME
- Deliver ISR training courses to internal and external users
- Experienced in processing SAR, optical and RF data, ideally within a military environment
- Strong knowledge of GIS tools and mapping analytics
- Qualified in remote sensing, Earth Observation or a related discipline
- Completed the Defence Intelligence Imagery Analysis Course or equivalent
- Eligible for UK Security Check (SC) clearance
