Are you an experienced Audio-Visual Project Manager looking to take ownership of high-profile AV and technology projects for a major Higher Education customer, with the autonomy to lead complex installations, manage key stakeholders, and play a pivotal role in delivering innovative technology solutions across the Midlands?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking technology integration specialist that delivers cutting-edge AV and technology solutions across education and commercial environments. You will act as the primary Project Delivery Manager for a key university client, managing a diverse portfolio of AV installation and technology projects from initial planning through to successful completion.

Working closely with customers, engineers, contractors and internal stakeholders, you will be responsible for coordinating resources, managing project risks, controlling budgets and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. This is a highly visible role requiring strong communication, organisation and leadership skills.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record delivering complex AV or technology infrastructure projects and will be comfortable operating within live customer environments. Experience managing multi-room deployments, stakeholder relationships and project profitability will be highly advantageous.

The Role:
  • Deliver AV and technology projects from planning through to completion
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, resources and risks
  • Coordinate engineers, contractors and third-party suppliers
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders
  • Ensure projects meet quality, safety and contractual requirements
  • Support the successful delivery of complex AV installations and multi-room deployments
The Person:
  • Experience delivering Audio Visual or technology infrastructure projects
  • Proven project management experience across time, cost and quality constraints
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience managing contractors, vendors and project teams
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Enhanced DBS and ECS/CSCS Card, or willingness to obtain
