We are looking for an experienced BIM and Digital professional who can take full ownership of strategy, standards, and delivery across complex infrastructure projects. This role requires full accountability for shaping and driving digital delivery across a portfolio of major projects within regulated environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop BIM and Digital Delivery strategy aligned to ISO 19650;
  • Own digital processes across live infrastructure and engineering projects;
  • Build procedures, BEPs, and CDE implementation frameworks;
  • Manage and allocate digital resources across projects;
  • Lead and grow a BIM team while driving training and adoption.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience delivering BIM under ISO 19650 from strategy to execution;
  • Strong background in complex infrastructure, civil, rail, or nuclear projects;
  • Hands‑on BIM and 3D modelling experience using tools such as Revit, Navisworks or Civil 3D;
  • Experience with CDE platforms and digital project environments;
  • Sole UK National with eligibility for SC Clearance.
