Our Client is an established leader with a widely used commercial software in the financial markets. They are looking for an additional Software Developer to join a team with extensive experience in developing software with C# and .NET Core— at least 5 to 7 years experience.
Responsibilities
- Writing efficient code using best practice for software development.
- Creating websites using different languages such as HTML and CSS.
- Working with programmers and web designers to create a website that matches the visual design intent.
- Communicating with business colleagues to gather and refine requirements and specifications for content development within agreed-upon timelines.
- Researching a variety of software programs.
- Creating and maintaining documentation for software used.
- Improving and enhancing websites after they have been created.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in web development, preferably in organizations similar in size and complexity.
- Experience in debugging, profiling, developing, testing, and deploying web applications.
- Strong command of C#, MVC, ASP.NET/Core, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSON, Bootstrap.
- Familiarity with UI binding frameworks such as Vue.js, AngularJS, React, or Knockout.
- Experience using IIS and understanding of MVC pattern, REST APIs, and ASP.NET controllers.
- Knowledge of security vulnerabilities (e.g., OWASP) and mitigation best practices.
- Degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).
