About the Role
We’re expanding our client team! We’re looking for an Account Manager/Strategist who will thrive in an early-stage business, is passionate about TikTok culture, audience and engagement, and is looking to develop their career working with our brands across fashion, beauty, and sports. A strong grasp of TikTok Shop operations, encompassing commercials, campaign mechanics, creator/affiliate ecosystems, fulfilment flows, reporting, optimisation levers and best practice are essential for this role. Ideally you will have experience in an agency or at a brand running a TikTok Shop.
You will
- Understand the clients’ social commerce goals and work with your Account Director and the client to develop strategies to deliver performance across TikTok Shop, Ads and content
- Manage onboarding and TikTok Shop setup, ensuring timely order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and issue resolution
- Plan and execute TikTok Shop campaigns and sales events, coordinating closely with content teams
- Analyse performance data , develop optimisation strategies to improve performance and provide reporting with clear, actionable insights to clients, Onyx Account Director and wider team
- Build and manage long‑term affiliate partnerships that align with client growth goals
- Build strong day to day relationships with key client stakeholders, attending client status calls, meetings and planning sessions
- Work with our in‑house Studio team to plan and execute on TikTok Shop LIVEs, from product selection to host coordination and fulfillment readiness
- Support and train entry‑level team members to develop strong social commerce skills
- Drive client retention and growth through consistently strong results and account expansion
What you will bring
- Essential skills and experience for the role:
- Minimum 2+ years Experience in eCommerce marketplace operations (ideally TikTok Shop), including product onboarding, inventory and fulfillment management, and promotional campaign execution is a must
- Experience owning and effectively developing client/stakeholder relationships gained in an agency or brand environment
- Strong statistical and analytical skills with advanced Google Sheets/Excel skills to interrogate data and make appropriate campaign management decisions based on analysis
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal presentation skills, including ability to build effective PPT or Google Slides presentations
- Strong educational background to degree level or equivalent
- Ability to think and work independently, multi‑task and meet deadlines
- A focus on process design and improvement and attention to detail
- Adaptability and resilience
Additional skills a bonus
- Additional European language from Spanish, Italian, German, French
- STEM subjects at A‑Level or equivalent preferred
- Experience leading client stakeholder meetings
Experience managing or mentoring entry‑level/junior team members
