About The Role Since launching in 2025, Onyx has scaled significantly.

To support our next phase of growth, we are looking for a Studio Operations Manager or Lead to assume full-time operational responsibility for our Tik Tok social commerce Live studios.

You will drive the end-to-end planning and execution of our studio operations, setting up our social commerce Live team for client success.

By maintaining rigorous operational standards, planning capacity and resource allocation and optimising scheduling, you will ensure our Live strategy and delivery team are well supported and that we deliver a seamless Live experience for clients.

You will; Own the day-to-day management of Onyx Studios, in Shepherds Bush and the smooth running of the operation.

This may include evenings and weekend shifts depending on scheduling Work hand in hand with the Tik Tok Live Operations and Strategy Manager to ensure the Studios maintain high quality output and client experience.

Operationalise and automate client bookings, scheduling and studio resourcing across all accounts.

Own the resourcing plan — the right people (crew and presenters) in the right place at the right time.

Serve as the primary operational liaison with the Account Management team on delivery, logistics and deadlines (the operational interface, not the strategic one).

Drive continuous improvement of the operation — identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to processes and standards.
