About The Role
As Tik Tok Live shopping becomes an increasingly significant part of our clients' social commerce strategy we are looking for a Studio Operations Manager/Lead to assume full-time operational responsibility for managing and growing our existing Live studios.
You will drive the end-to-end planning and execution of our studio operations, setting up our social commerce Live team for client success.
By maintaining rigorous operational standards, planning capacity and resource allocation and optimising scheduling, you will ensure our Live strategy and delivery team are well supported and that we deliver a seamless Live experience for clients.
- You will;
- Own the day-to-day management of Onyx Studios, in Shepherds Bush and the smooth running of the operation. This may include evenings and weekend shifts depending on scheduling
- Understand, own and report on the P&L of the studio operation to agency management on an ongoing basis.
- Work hand in hand with the Tik Tok Live Operations and Strategy Manager to ensure Onyx deliver high quality production Lives for our large brand clients
- Serve as the primary operational liaison with the Account Management team on delivery, logistics and deadlines
- Operationalise and automate client bookings, scheduling and studio resourcing across all agency client accounts
- Own the studio resourcing plan, which will include sourcing and interviewing freelance producers, presenters and models, booking the freelancers and managing invoicing and payments with the finance team
- Drive continuous improvement of the operation by identifying inefficiencies and implementing tools and processes to drive efficiencies
- Host client and new business prospect visits to the studio demonstrating our expertise and professionalism
- Report operational updates to leadership, capacity, bottlenecks and recommendations
- Support studio expansion in the UK, Europe & USA (sourcing space, fit-out, kit, staffing logistics)

Essential skills for the role
- Strong operations, resourcing or production-coordination background, ideally in studio, live or broadcast environments.
- Management of studio teams and individuals
- Excellent organisation and stakeholder management
- Data-literate and able to build and run the studio P&L and operational reporting and provide data insights to the agency Leadership team
- Technology and AI-literate and experienced in implementing systems and processes to drive efficiencies
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal presentation skills
- An ability to move and learn fast in a start up environment

- Strong financial planning acumen and numbers orientated
