About The Role
You will be one of our first hires and therefore you’ll have the amazing opportunity to help us build the Onyx business and culture, drive unique value for our clients and lead the way in TikTok Commerce.
You will:
- Understand our clients’ business requirements and act as their trusted advisor on TikTok performance advertising solutions (with a focus on commerce)
- Be an advocate for TikTok Shop and promote the wider opportunity that exists
- Onboard new clients, set them up on TikTok shop and manage ad campaigns end to end
- Be responsible for the operational success of accounts by developing optimisation strategies to achieve key ROI performance metrics on campaigns
- Effectively interpret data, draw insights, and manage all reporting and analytics for our clients
- Do such a great job that you’ll drive retention and expansion of clients for Onyx
- Continually innovate and bring new ideas to clients and the Onyx team
What you will bring
Onyx is a start-up business which means we are looking for people with a growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit who can play a key role in helping us to create long-term client relationships, drive our business metrics, build an enviable culture and have fun along the way.
In particular, we would like you to have:
- Proven experience managing performance or commerce advertising campaigns (ideally on TikTok) at an agency or technology platform
- Experience owning and effectively managing client relationships
- Strong statistical and analytical skills with the ability to interrogate data and make appropriate campaign management decisions
- Excellent written and verbal presentation skills with experience leading client stakeholder meetings
- Experience managing or mentoring entry-level/junior team members
- Ability to innovate, work independently, multi-task and meet deadlines
- A focus on process design and improvement and attention to detail
- Adaptability and resilience
