About the Role

We are hiring an individual with strong quantitative skills to join our Quantitative Trading desk within the next month.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high quality quantitative strategies in production
  • Monitor continuous trading, strategy performance and all relevant risks
  • Implement signals and relevant datasets within the global execution platform
  • Share production results, methodology, data sets, and processes with traders and senior management
  • Support the full‑strategy trading cycle from risk calibration to trade executions

Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a quantitative field such as data science, statistics, mathematics, physics, or engineering, graduating in 2025 or earlier
  • Strong knowledge in statistics and machine learning
  • Capacity to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment while keeping strong attention to detail
  • Strong Python skills/experience essential
  • Experience exploring large datasets across multiple time frames
  • Curiosity about global energy and commodities markets
  • Intellectual curiosity to explore new data sets, solve complex problems, drive innovative processes, and connect the dots between multiple fields
  • Capacity to work with autonomy within a collegial and collaborative environment
  • Trading expertise and market knowledge leveraged in the systematic space is a plus
  • Good communication skills
