Ideal Profile
- Independent live track record: 1–3+ years of live trading performance (longer preferred)
- Demonstrable PnL: At least $5M+ realized PnL, with preference for $10M+
- Instruments: Proven alpha across global listed markets — futures, cash equities, options, or ETFs
- Risk discipline: Evident ability to manage drawdowns and protect capital under stress
- Strategy design: Short-horizon frameworks with systematic or semi-systematic execution, scalable within a professional environment
Key Responsibilities
- Develop refine short-horizon trading strategies across liquid products, ensuring consistent, high Calmar ratio performance.
