Responsibilities
- Support the Fire Safety manager to ensure accurate up‑to‑date records of proposed/completed planned and maintenance works in relation to Fire Safety are maintained, current, suitable for asset management and finance purposes and in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Ensure that certificates and reports from related works are recorded, checked, in line with policies and procedures and that non‑compliances and additional/remedial work are identified to the relevant colleague.
- Assist in the production and validation of reports and analysis on the delivery of work programmes relating to Landlord Compliance activities.
- Assist the Fire Safety Manager to analyse information relating to related programmes to support and enhance the delivery of fire safety programmes, the performance of the service and the development of the Fire safety strategy and management plans.
- Assist the development and implementation of a comprehensive performance framework covering all aspects of compliance related works in conjunction with other colleagues.
- Assist the Fire Safety manager to ensure effective management of systems for delivery of compliance works, administration of systems to ensure the creation of work orders, budgets, payments etc. as required to support compliance related works teams.
- Provide accurate, up‑to‑date and concise information for internal and external audits as and when required.

- Essential: Knowledge of Core Housing Systems, Business Planning and Asset Management systems.
- Essential: Knowledge and understanding of property management, maintenance and landlord compliance.
- Essential: Experience of working in a customer‑focused environment.
- Essential: Ability to promote good practice within and across Onward.
- Essential: High‑quality communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Essential: Experience of working collaboratively with other divisions and external stakeholders.
- Essential: IT skills particularly experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, housing Asset Management Systems and database systems.
