Onward Homes is looking for a Communal Spaces Specialist to join our neighbourhoods team on a permanent basis. You will inspect all general needs communal buildings and carry out customer related compliance activities, ensuring high-quality service and collaboration with colleagues and partners.
The role requires knowledge of housing regulations, experience in face to face customer service, and the ability to work across Onward's geography, including occasional after-hours work.
