  • Lead and support manufacturing launch activities for existing / new vehicle programs within a high-volume automotive production environment.
  • Drive structured complex problem-solving initiatives using methodologies such as Six Sigma (Green Belt / Black Belt), root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, product engineering, suppliers, and launch teams to ensure smooth program execution.
  • Identify manufacturing risks during launch phases and implement containment and permanent corrective actions.
  • Support dimensional and build quality improvements with strong application of GD&T principles.
  • Analyse production issues, downtime, and defects, implementing robust solutions to achieve launch timing and quality targets.
  • Participate in trial builds, pilot phases, and ramp-up activities to ensure readiness for volume production.
  • Provide clear reporting and communication to stakeholders on launch status, risks, and mitigation plans.
  • Demonstrate complex, team-based problem-solving examples within manufacturing environments.
