Job Description:

We are seeking a Lead Engineer specializing in Automotive technology to oversee the critical interface between engine and transmission. This role will require a well-rounded engineering background with expertise in design and simulation, specifically around cast components .

As the Lead Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing and integrating systems that enhance performance, efficiency, and reliability. The position involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, project planning, and hands-on problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead engineering initiatives on PHEV interface systems, specifically between the engine and transmission.
• Collaborate with design and simulation teams to develop robust and efficient PHEV interface solutions.
• Oversee project timelines, resource management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Conduct design calculations, validation, testing, and analysis to guarantee system performance and reliability.
• Facilitate design reviews and technical discussions to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong background in core engineering principles with a focus on design, simulation, and system integration.
• Proven experience with engine and transmission systems , especially within PHEV applications.
• Project engineering experience in the automotive or related industries.

• Familiarity with simulation tools and software for design validation.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and adaptability in complex engineering environments.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
