Looking for a Field Engineer (Automotive - passenger vehicle) deployed to OEM client:
- Analyse, categorise and report on dealer Information Tickets to identify, hand over and track progress of emerging field quality concerns.
- Process up to 100 DISS Tickets (dealer technical information tickets, each accessible in DISSBOE and downloadable as PDF) per working day.
- Categorise the DISS tickets against relevant pre-determined criteria and the list of already known technical issues.
- Review tickets against internal sources (i.e. photo booth) where appropriate.
- Flag incorrect claims for rejection.
- Flag any new/unique issue identified.
- Cluster any identical topics together and report number of occurrences.
- Present all new topics at daily launch meeting and document clear next steps for investigation, timing, and relevant owner.
- Review all open topics against planned timing and present all topics pending an update at daily launch meeting.
- Report weekly statistics of DISS analysis to support issue resolution: number of topics opened, closed, and number of ageing topics etc.
