We are looking for aStatic Cleaning Operative(Environmental Services Cleaner) to join our Cleaning and Waste Team on a permanent basis.
This role is a static position where you will start covering sites acrossAccrington and this is part timeat 15 hours and working 5 days per week.
Successful candidates will carry out general cleaning duties to the communal areas across our sheltered/support and specialist living housing schemes and blocks of flats.
Duties will include the full range of cleaning and waste services from vacuuming, mopping floors, dusting, wiping, cleaning internal windows and frames and emptying communal waste bins.
In addition, you will be responsible for re- ordering stock and general cleaning supplies as well as doing regular vehicle and equipment checks.

Experience of delivering cleaning services to a variety of customers.

Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team, acting on instruction as required.

Able to use different cleaning methods and equipment, for example, mopping, dusting, wiping, and buffing.

Able to follow procedures to meet high standards with the ability to prioritise tasks to complete them on time.

Be willing to cover and work in various areas within and covering different duties as requested.

Previous experience in a similar role.
