Onward Homes is seeking a Housing Repairs Coordinator to join the Onward Repairs team on a 12-month fixed-term basis. The role supports the Housing Repairs Team with data entry, contract administration, reporting, and general admin tasks.

The position requires attending the Accrington office 3–4 times per week with a Monday work-from-home day. You will manage data in asset management systems, raise work orders, and coordinate with contractors and accounts payable to ensure smooth project execution.
