We are hiring a Channel / Partner Manager to lead and scale Ontinue's partner ecosystem across DACH and the UK. This is a strategic, revenue-focused role responsible for building and expanding a partner motion that drives pipeline creation, co-selling, and joint customer success. The successful candidate will own and scale a strategic partner territory, driving measurable impact on regional pipeline and revenue growth. They will engage with partner executives and practice leaders to build deep, high-value relationships and align on joint go-to-market priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and expand Ontinue's partner ecosystem
- Identify, recruit, and activate strategic partners
- Own partner contribution to regional pipeline and revenue targets
- Be accountable for partner-sourced and influenced deal progression
- Drive co-sell engagement with strategic partners
- Develop joint business plans and go-to-market strategies
- Enable partners to position MXDR services
- Run QBRs, pipeline reviews, and performance tracking
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in channel sales and partner management in DACH and UK
- Background in cybersecurity, cloud, or Microsoft ecosystems
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Structured and data-driven mindset
- A proactive, self-starter mentality with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to independently drive initiatives from idea to execution
