Ontic, an aerospace industry leading provider of ‘Extended Life Solutions’ for Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) legacy and non-core products, has an opportunity for a Tactical Pricing Manager to join our team based at our office in Bishops Cleeve and Staverton, Gloucestershire to support our continued success and ambitious growth plans.
What will you be doing?
The pricing manager will be a key leader within the Ontic rest of world Revenue Management team and the wider business to deliver critical global initiatives. You will work closely with the UK commercial teams including sales in order optimise revenue and deliver timely proposals to our customers.
Your role will be critical to the success and achievement of Ontic’ s growth and strategic objectives, through developing and executing pricing strategies that align with company goals and customer requirements, consistently improving profit margins and keeping aware of the market by conducting regular analysis on customer accounts. This role will involve people management of a team of pricing coordinators.
What will you need to know?
You’ll need tohave experience working in a large multinational environment with strong systems capability with advanced Excel skills and experience of complex financial models and analysis of large data sets and using data to inform decisions You’ll be a confident communicator who is confident in leading a team andable to articulate your findings to a range of audiences. Ontic is constantly evolving so it’s vital that you’re able to take change in your stride and be comfortable working at pace under tight deadlines and someone who is always looking to actively seek change and ways to improve.
