Join Ontic's PMO team where you'll work alongside functional specialists who support a seamless transition and embedding of new licences into Ontic operations, driving innovation and excellence in supply chain management and efficiency, making a meaningful impact on our supply chain operations.

You’ll need to be an experienced Supply Chain expert who has previously led and managed the novation of supply chain licences. Your role will see you coordinating all supply chain activities from supplier onboarding to inventory management, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition process.

The Role

You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues across both PMO and SC functions in addition to attending regular project meetings with both licensors and suppliers to ensure adherence to all policies and procedures within the quality plan. Working alongside the PM, you’ll develop a comprehensive transfer plan for all SC activities associated with the licence, including onboarding, PO transfers, inventory management and provisioning. Your previous experience will enable you to understand the demand requirements of the project, enabling you to support the production line setup, identifying risks at an early stage and resolving supplier novation challenges. You’ll be comfortable presenting the project status to a range of different stakeholders across the whole business and maintaining a clear and effective communication channel, providing clear and effective direction to the project team to ensure transparency and accountability. Throughout the project, you’ll identify opportunities for improvement and work alongside the relevant teams to implement any changes quickly and effectively.

About You

Ideally, you’ll have a degree in a relevant subject or significant, relevant industry experience within supply chain management. You’ll be able to demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and have experience of working with ERP systems and leading SC projects. The speed at which we bring licences into operation can be fast, so you’ll need to be comfortable working at pace and be able to prioritise tasks and make effective decisions quickly.

A comprehensive job description is available on request. We are a fast-paced business with ambitious growth plans; so if you are dedicated, enthusiastic and always seeking ways to improve, you’ll enjoy a career with us!
