Ontic, a leading licensor and manufacturer of complex engineering parts for the global aerospace and defence industries, are now recruiting for a Paint Sprayer to join our Operations team here in Staverton. Responsibilities
- You will be involved in all aspects of the paint process, from preparing/stripping parts, ordering materials, managing consumable usage, to basic paint shop equipment maintenance and painting the final product in line with company standards.
- You will also be required from time to time to assist the assembly lines during high demand periods.
Qualifications
- Previous Aerospace painting experience is desirable; however, if you have experience of component spraying from another industry, we’d love to hear from you.
- Ideally you’ll have experience working with hydraulic/mechanical components, but transferable assembly skills would also be considered where possible.
- You’ll need to have an understanding of engineering drawings.
