Ontic, a leading licensor and manufacturer of complex engineering parts for the global aerospace and defence industries, are now recruiting for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team based in Staverton.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll provide day-to-day engineering support (Mechanical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic and Electrical) to ensure that operations teams have all necessary technical support and documentation for all Ontic UK equipment, current and future. You’ll support products through their lifecycle especially focusing on NPI, providing documents and reports, performing root cause investigations and delivering corrective actions as required, providing training to others when required.
What You’ll Already Have
You’ll be able to demonstrate experience working in a technical or production engineering role previously. You’ll have worked in a complex, multi-disciplined manufacturing environment and ideally you’ll have exposure to the aerospace industry – but this isn’t essential. You’ll be able to use MS Office and ERP systems effectively and have well-developed verbal and written communication skills. You’ll be confident in providing guidance to the production environment and will be able to confidently read and interpret technical engineering drawings.
