Ontic, a leading licensor and manufacturer of complex engineering parts for the global aerospace and defence industries, is now recruiting for a Customer Quality Administrator - 12 month fixed term contract. Joining our Quality Engineering team where you'll support us in Order Reviews, Contract Reviews and assisting in completing Customer questionnaires plus a variety of other responsibilities. This role is based at our Bishop Cleeve site in Cheltenham.

As Customer Quality Administrator you'll be a focal point of support for Ontic Quality Engineering teams, you'll complete customer quality questionnaires and respond to customer queries. The role offers variety and the opportunity to act independently; however, you will receive direction and support from the Operations Quality Manager and Head of Quality. You'll utilize our CRM system to review contracts/orders and support Material Review Board activities including containment actions and relevant ERP transactions.

As our Customer Quality Administrator you will have a good attention to detail, be able to use and understand computer programmes such as basic Microsoft software and also adapt to our CRM programme. You will also have the opportunity to be customer facing, so previous experience in this capacity is beneficial as you will be assisting a wide variety of customer relationships. You will need a high level of professionalism with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
