Ontic, a leading licensor and manufacturer of complex engineering parts for the global aerospace and defence industries, is now recruiting for an Order Management Co-ordinator to join our programmes team responsible for managing relationships with a portfolio of clients. This role will be based at our Cleeve site.

The Role:

  • Loading Civil and Military, New Business and Spares Orders within Ontic’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and wider business systems.
  • Ensuring that information provided by Customers is accurately captured within the respective Purchase Order.
  • Validating the accuracy and integrity of Customer provided documentation, including Purchase Order and Customer specific requirements that may be required.
  • Working with both Customer Account Managers and Customer Programme Managers to resolve information omissions.
  • Administering a variety of Customer Portals to extract and upload requisite information.
  • Communicating updates regarding the status of Order Reviews and Purchase Order queries.
  • Responsible for working across functions to complete and close out Contract Reviews, escalating delays in the progression of Contract Reviews.
  • Supporting the invoicing function within Ontic, reconciling exports against Customer Orders and the issuance of invoices.
  • Applying attention to detail and possessing a pragmatic approach towards problem solving.
