Ontic, a leading licensor and manufacturer of complex engineering parts for the global aerospace and defence industries, are now recruiting for a Recruitment Partner to join our Internal Recruitment team where you'll support us in our mission to attract the best talent, and help shape the future of Ontic. This role will be based at either our Bishops Cleeve, Cheltenham or Staverton, Gloucester site but you'll need to be able to travel between them on a regular basis.

The Role:
As a Recruitment Partner you'll work closely with hiring managers to support our talent acquisition efforts, sourcing, attracting and hiring the very best for Ontic, allowing us to build a diverse and inclusive workforce that propels us forward. You'll develop and implement innovative strategies to source high-quality candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, promoting Ontic as an employer of choice, showcasing our culture, values and opportunities for growth and development. You'll create and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact through to on-boarding. By partnering with hiring managers throughout the whole recruitment cycle you'll provide strategic guidance on best recruitment practices and market trends, supporting with application screening, interviews and offer management.
About you:
At Ontic, our culture is integral to making sure we enjoy our work and deliver for our customers. While we look for the right skillset, we're also looking for someone who will thrive within our recognition and empowerment culture. To be successful in this role you'll need to have previous demonstrable experience in an in-house recruitment role with a successful track record of filling positions across both Engineering and Commercial functions. You'll need to be comfortable with managing multiple roles and priorities simultaneously. Well developed communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential, and previous experience with Workday would be an advantage.
