Ontic, a leading licensor and manufacturer, is seeking a Customer Quality Administrator on a 12‑month fixed term contract.
Based at Bishop Cleeve, Cheltenham, you will support the Quality Engineering team with customer questionnaires, contract/order reviews and ERP transactions.
You’ll work under the Operations Quality Manager and Head of Quality, using our CRM system to assist in MRB activities and maintain customer relationships with a professional, collaborative approach.
