  • Resolve conflicts related to material and capacity availability to ensure production continuity.
  • Monitor performance against forecasts, calculate forecast errors, and communicate insights to drive demand accuracy improvements.
  • Provide reliable feedback on customer delivery dates and material shortages.
  • Liaise with Programme Managers and Supply Chain to monitor and recommend stock levels through SIOP processes.
  • Produce reports on labour utilisation and develop capacity plans to support resource planning.
  • Evaluate and recommend actions to ensure conformance to plan and production efficiency.
  • Build a solid understanding of company products and processes to optimise scheduling and load balancing.
  • Identify and implement process improvements across the Planning function, supporting goals in customer service, quality, cost reduction, and innovation.
  • Lead and manage assigned team members, including performance reviews, attendance, and development.
  • Allocate tasks and delegate responsibilities appropriately within the planning team.
