- Operational Reporting & Insight
- Report on key operational KPIs including quote turn time, quote value issued, and win/loss ratios
- Provide clear, actionable insights to improve quoting efficiency and effectiveness
- Track and analyse open quote pipelines and lead status
- Data, Systems & BI (Key Focus)
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to support quoting and reporting activities
- Work with large, complex datasets from multiple sources to generate insights
- Support the continuous improvement of reporting tools and data accuracy
- Global Collaboration & Projects
- Collaborate with other sites to deliver consistent global departmental reporting
- Participate in strategic global projects to improve processes and analytics capability
- Contribute to standardisation and best practice across the revenue management function
What We’re Looking For

- Strong experience in data analysis using large datasets from multiple sources
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Proven experience in reporting on operational performance metrics
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business insight

- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Highly Desirable (What sets you apart)
- Experience with programming or data querying languages (R, Python, SQL, VBA)
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Background in pricing, revenue management, or commercial analytics
- Experience driving process improvement and automation
This is a high-impact role within a growing revenue management function, offering the opportunity to shape how pricing insight and analytics are delivered across a global organisation. You’ll join a business that:
