Ontic Engineering and Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a Customer Quality Administrator on a 12-month fixed-term contract at the Bishop Cleeve site in Cheltenham.
You will support the Quality Engineering teams by completing customer quality questionnaires, responding to queries, and reviewing contracts and orders in our CRM/ERP systems.
You’ll work under the Operations Quality Manager and Head of Quality, collaborating across teams.
