Ontic, a leading licensor and manufacturer of complex engineering parts for the global aerospace and defence industries, is recruiting for a Customer Quality Administrator – 12 month fixed term contract. Joining our Quality Engineering team, you will support us in Order Reviews, Contract Reviews and assist in completing Customer questionnaires plus a variety of other responsibilities. This role is based at our Bishop Cleeve site in Cheltenham.
The Role: As Customer Quality Administrator, you’ll be a focal point of support for Ontic Quality Engineering teams. You’ll complete customer quality questionnaires and respond to customer queries. The role offers variety and the opportunity to act independently; however, you will receive direction and support from the Operations Quality Manager and Head of Quality. You’ll utilize our CRM system to review contracts/orders and support Material Review Board activities including containment actions and relevant ERP transactions.

Previous experience in a customer-facing role is beneficial as you will be assisting a wide variety of customer relationships. You will need a high level of professionalism with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
