Hours: Wed-Thu 10-7, Fri 10-8:30, Sun 10-8:30
Position type: Permanent 35 Hours + four 1 hour unpaid lunch breaks (39 hours total)

Company Profile: OnTarget Range opened April 2015, as a destination for Airgun shooters in the Midlands. Today we have more than 1200 members of the Air Rifle Club and 80+ members of our Home Office Approved Live Fire club. We attract a wide range of customers from seasoned shooters to experience seekers. We are looking to move into a period of growth for the business, taking on new product lines and extending existing ones. We are open to our customers 6 days a week for Air Rifle Shooting, and the Live Club operates Fri, Sat & Sundays. We have a fully stocked shop and a coffee shop on site.
Role Summary: As OnTarget is a small business, there is a requirement for all colleagues to be flexible and able to perform a variety of roles, which include:
- Briefing customers in the use of the Air Rifles
- Taking bookings for the Range over the telephone using the bespoke computer system
- Product Sales
- End of Day financial reconciliation
Additional specific tasks relevant to the role include:
- Stock Control
- Purchasing & Procurement
- Projects and IT initiatives to enhance and support existing business
- Invoicing
- Liaising with the Police for Licensing & membership administration
- Marketing
- Advertising
- Live Range Control
- Range Conducting Officer Training provided (Nationally recognised Course)
- Gun Smithing Training Provided
- Checking and Maintaining Range Equipment
