Responsibilities:
- Compile Illustrated Parts Data (IPD) to S1000D and ATA100/iSpec2200 standards
- Interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, CAD models, Service Bulletins, and specifications to create technically accurate data modules
- Create markup packages
- Manage and compile CAD drawings in 2D/3D views and related technical graphics
- Manage and update Data Modules while maintaining strict configuration control
- Support internal review and aid in quality checks to identify discrepancies, verify accuracy against engineering source data, and ensure compliance with documentation standards
Qualifications:
- 5+ years IPD/IPC experience
- Strong knowledge of S1000D and/or ATA100/iSpec2200
- Understanding of other technical publications formats
- Ability to interpret and compile engineering drawings, both 2D and 3D, CAD models, and bills of material (BOMs)
Technical Knowledge:
- Proficiency with Cortona 3D suite for compiling
- Experience with CSDB systems (HiCo, or similar)
- Familiarity with XML‑based or structured authoring tools
- Familiarity with PLM and engineering systems (e.g., Teamcenter, NX)
