Description:
Working cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and product teams, the successful candidate will lead compliance initiatives, support risk management activities, and help integrate regulatory requirements into product development and lifecycle management processes.
What you'll do:
- Help ensure our products meet relevant regulations and industry standards, including the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), Machinery Regulation and EN/IEC standards.
- Turn compliance requirements into practical guidance for engineering teams.
- Support design reviews, risk assessments, testing and validation activities.
- Keep technical documentation up to date and ready for audits.
- Help improve our compliance processes and support internal and external audits.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience in a compliance, regulatory or engineering role.
- Good understanding of product safety and regulatory compliance.
- Comfortable working with engineering and quality teams.
- Well organised, with good documentation skills.
- Experience in a regulated industry such as manufacturing, defence or aerospace.
