The role requires a hands‑on engineering leader with strong knowledge of the full product lifecycle from concept through deployment and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of machine control systems, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Own and manage all stages of the product lifecycle, including concept development, design, validation, production, and post‑launch support.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including software, hardware, manufacturing, and quality engineering.
- Define system architectures, technical requirements, and design standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and innovate in control system technologies.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in machine control system design (PLC, embedded systems, or similar).
